When I fuel up the zero-turn I use a wide-mouth funnel and leave the spout off of the can. Otherwise the thing would burndown from the spillage when it starts.

I spilled gas all over myself, all over the generator and all because some environmentalist dickhead managed to convince someone that gas fumes were killing the planet so, low and behold, here's what we're stuck with. Liberal 'elites' NEVER use gas cans so they can design them to feed their big fat 'environmental' egos... at the expense of people who use gas cans...
