A case against McCabe could face some headwinds, according to the Times’ report. A grand jury witness in the investigation has provided testimony that could undermine the government’s case, according to the newspaper.
Trump and his conservative supporters have been heavily critical of McCabe, who had a leading role in the Trump-Russia investigation. In May 2017, after Trump fired James Comey as FBI director, McCabe authorized the FBI to investigate Trump for obstruction of justice. McCabe also opened an investigation into whether then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions committed perjury about Russia contacts during his Senate confirmation hearings. The special counsel’s report cleared Sessions of any wrongdoing.
McCabe also arranged a Jan. 24, 2017 interview between FBI agents and then-national security adviser Michael Flynn. Flynn pleaded guilty in the special counsel’s investigation to lying to the agents regarding his conversations a month earlier with then-Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

If only Paul Ryan had engaged likewise, while enjoying a heavy Republican majority in the House, and even now if the current US Senate would get off their loyalty to only their globalist corporate donors, this magnificent POTUS could restore the meritorious competence, good character and the Virtues that historically made America the greatest nation in the world.
Only Barr appears to be truly using his department’s power for good, and for cooperating in the great battle with the president to put America First, and not collaborating against him by using stone silence, like the *UniParty mobsters, McConnell/Cornyn,.. in the US Senate.

I left home at an early age, and never went to college, and had a number life changing experiences. So the indoctrination from family didn’t take well, and I was saved from institutional indoctrination via higher education.

I remember our excitement at the thought of a Utah indictment as there was a common sense that a DC grand jury would be loath to indict a Democrat and almost certain not to convict. My initial reaction to McCabe was fear that it will lead to nothing.

Construction crews in New Mexico began work on a 46-mile stretch of replacement border walls. The project is reportedly funded with Department of Defense resources diverted by the Trump Administration under a national emergency declaration.
The construction company set forth on a contract to replace a 46-mile section of border fencing with a taller bollard wall. The project is running from Columbus, New Mexico, to Santa Teresa along the border that separates the state from Chihuahua, Mexico, KVIA, ABC7 reported.
The U.S. Supreme Court recently overturned a lower court’s ruling that blocked the use of diverted funds, Breitbart News’ Joel Pollak reported in July. The ruling freed approximately $2.5 billion for construction. [more at link]
