I actually am renting the 3 houses on the 6+ acre property on AirBnB and HomeAway. My studio apartment is off limits, but between them all I can sleep between 32 and 40 people. The one sleeps 14, the bigger one 12-16 and the smaller one 6-10. We could have a huge TFT slumber party and BBQ lol. I have tables and chairs for at least 150...

You'll need to call up your prayer group here when the time is near. A slumber party would be so much fun.

As I mentioned while watching Trump at the Shell plant, several people did not seem to be happy to be there. That’s fine, you can’t change minds if you don’t reach out & talk to them. He has a lot of time before the election. He should reach out to some not so friendly territories.

We’re right on Lake Michigan literally it’s across the road, lake snow and blizzards. Sturgeon Bay is right there also, both great fishing. Renard’s Cheese is great although I preferred the Alaskan Cheese Factory near Algoma it was better, but they closed about 5 years ago. Their children didn’t want the work or the place to keep it going. They just shut it down, it still has not sold.

We rented cabins on the lakes to fish And literally lived on what we caught and the cheeses we’d picked up on the way. So many good memories. Yes Nikk BIG CUBS fans Usually took the Monon up from our house to Chicago to watch the games.
Didn’t have the interstate highways we have now.

I remember “Highway to Hell” played over and over.

Heavy Metal or Hard Rock was not what I liked in my early marriage/mothering years, preferred good old R&R or country.

I have so many favs of Henry Fonda from Comedy to drama! I just love him as many of these best actors of their era.

I am 15-20 minutes to Lackland Air Force Base and SeaWorld. Most of our renters are heading to those 2 places for BMT graduations or children going to SeaWorld. We are 25-30 to the River Walk and 20 to the Missions.

We could have a nice sized crowd for a weekend. I have 2-43 qt pressure canners among others there I use for both canning and pulled pork and beef. If anyone is interested let me know. Oct-Dec or Feb-April are the best times otherwise the heat will kill the elderly lol....

Yes, I watched it but even tho I like the lyrics the singing or lack of it is not to my taste.

I’m old and old school in my music tastes.

Don’t like what they are calling country music these days.

Are doing to country what was done to R&R by Hard Rock/Heavy Metal.
