Mueller looks like he has been coached or given the Rat questions in advance. Evasive and purposefully stalling when responding to GOP questions. Rehearsed and prepared when responding to rat questions. Perhaps a better question would be to ask if he has received any questions in advance or had contact with any Democratic Congressman prior to the hearing.
This was an egregious violation of the 4th amendment, and was a violation of attorney-client privilege.
