You pluralized thingS, making it sound like numerous, multiple or repeated postings that attack Catholics. Which Gran DOES NOT nor HAS NOT done!
She simply posted a tweet/ questioning connections made to a suspicious death. That investigative research led to questions and connections surrounding MT, a Catholic.
As Gran mentioned...this is out there (in public knowledge), already. She also questioned the validity of it and never claimed that it was a proven fact.
While keeping our eyes open, to bring darkness to light, we read numerous studies/reports/research (it’s called going down rabbit holes), and determine for OURSELVES, if this is something that has merit, and deserves further investigation, or not.
But, to make such a generalized statement about someone’s single post of a tweet, is - imo - quite impolite.

San Francisco Has A Poop Patrol' To Deal With Its Feces Problem,
And Workers Make More Than $184,000 A Year In Salary And Benefits
- Employees of San Francisco's "Poop Patrol" are set to earn $71,760 a year, plus an additional $112,918 in benefits, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
- The city has set aside $830,977 for the cleanup program, which aims to eliminate troubling amounts of feces on the streets.

The costs include $2.8 million for a Hot Spots crew to wash down the camps and remove any biohazards, $2.3 million for street steam cleaners, $3.1 million for the Pit Stop portable toilets,
plus the new $830,977-a-year Poop Patrol to actively hunt down and clean up human waste.
At the same time, the Department of Public Health has an additional $700,000 set aside for a 10-member, needle cleanup squad, complete with it’s own minivan. The $19-an-hour needle cleanup jobs were approved as part of the latest budget crafted largely by former Mayor Mark Farrell.
The new needle crew is on top of the $364,000 that the health department already was spending on a four-member needle team.
