I think they should state that the Court found that the question was constitutional but sent it back due to issues regarding intent. Since the Court is not convened to deliberate on matters of intent, that part of the ruling should be vacated and the question should be so ordered.

The 4th of July speech was given and the MSM was afraid to downplay it as there was so much out there on video already so they fell silent and their lackeys/operatives/fans took over for them (i.e., carrying the torch).
