Another activist Obama appointed judge has just ruled against us on a section of the Southern Wall that is already under construction. This is a ruling against Border Security and in favor of crime, drugs and human trafficking. We are asking for an expedited appeal!

Every single judge appointed by Barack Obama should be thrown off the bench. They are not legitimate judicial officers they are far left activists!
Northern District of CA.
The plaintiffs have no standing.
The plaintiffs have suffered no harm.
The judge is ruling in an area outside his own district.
The NED law has been followed and has all the available remedies, and they have been used by Congress already.
A Federal judge does NOT have the power to direct the POTUS in any matter dealing with a) a national emergency and b) directing resources to meet such emergency.
The ruling is unlawful and should be ignored.

If 0 was found to have lied about his citizenship all the judges appointed during his admenistration would be removed. That includes the two on the SCOTUS.
