Is this how it works? Isn’t it the other way around? You look for evidence that a crime was committed, and if you don’t find it you say “we didn’t find any.” You don’t look for evidence that it wasn’t and then say, “we couldn’t find evidence of innocence.”

Federal prosecutors are unelected.
How would allowing an unelected prosecutor to indict an elected president be democratic?
I really have contempt for lawyers and law professors who play dum dum and misinform the public on basic constitutional law and separation of powers.

Biden’s problem (other than his strange attraction to children and other men’s women) is that he’s acclimatized to a fawning press that has given Democrats a pass for decades.
He feels no pressure to moderate his public appearances. What you see is what you get.

Trump exercised his free speech rights as a citizen to criticize a politically motivated investigation into him.
But he if were a private citizen, his conduct would have led to charges.
This says more about prosecutorial overreaches than Trump.

In a May 12, 2017 interview with NBC’s Lester Holt, Trump is vague, if not outright cryptic, on the timing of the Comey firing, saying:
“It was set up a while ago. And frankly, I could have waited, but what difference does it make?”
The timing is indeed mighty coincidental since Comey is fired on the same day the Italian CNAIPIC operatives are attempting to unsuccessfully download the Clinton emails onto the first server in Seattle, Washington. At one point, Occhionero suggests, the failed operation is due perhaps to, “White Hats working overtime”. Was Trump clued off by the NSA and chose the very day of the Charlemagne Op to send a signal to the Clinton/Obama faction he was onto their machinations?
It wouldn’t be the first time the NSA White Hats intervened on Trump’s behalf. In my January 26, 2018 video ‘Admiral Michael Rogers: Our Generation’s Deep Throat‘, I detail then-NSA Director Adm. Mike Rogers’ heroic efforts to alert Trump to the coup unfolding during the interregnum phase at Trump Towers.

Techno Fog ...... NEW - developments in the Flynn Intel Group (FIG) FARA case:
Accusations the DOJ violated the Defendant’s constitutional rights by extracting his “privileged [attorney-client] information” and is using it to prosecute the Defendant.
Background: per orders from the DOJ, Flynn cooperated and waived the FIG attorney-client privilege.
However, as a corporate officer, Defendant Rafiekian didn't waive that privilege. The privilege should still stand.
