https://nlpc.org/2019/05/20/irs-complaint-filed-against-wife-of-rep-elijah-cummings-d-md/

I am enjoying this story.

Maya Rockeymoore - (where the hell did that name come from?)

....The Complaint describes a score of apparent Internal Revenue Code violations, including prohibited private benefit and inurement of the Cummings. CGPS has received millions in grants from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and, in late 2017, was granted a million-dollar contract from the General Services Administration. The funds were purportedly provided to fight childhood obesity. The Complaint asks the IRS to investigate whether “its organizers are getting fat off the grants.”

At the same time she heads CGPS, Mrs. Cummings heads a for-profit consulting firm called Global Policy Solutions, LLC, whose operations appear to have been indistinguishable from those of CGPS. The two entities have shared office space, telephones, etc., all of which are flagrant violations of the Internal Revenue Code.

Another of the cited violations is a failure to provide or disclose a copy of IRS Form 990 when requested. According to Tom Anderson, director of NLPC’s Government Integrity Project, who uncovered the violations, “Rep. Cummings is demanding President Trump’s tax returns and financial records. It looks like he has some tax problems of his own.”.....

I saw someone else posted elsewhere about one of the others being vague on the Weiner laptop too. Here's another beauty from Lynch on bias:

Mr. Nadler. I am going ask a question now with a preface as a follow-up to some of the questions that Representative Jackson Lee asked. In July of 2005, after announcing that charges would not be brought against Hillary Clinton, former Director Comey gave his personal opinion as to the lack of appropriateness of some of her conduct. He was criticized for that by various people, including me.

In October, 10 days or so before the election he announced publicly that they were reopening the investigation a couple days--2days before the election, he announced that they found nothing. He was greatly criticized for that, and some people attribute part of the result of the election to that action, and that was a violation or seems to be a violation of the normal protocols that you don't say something shortly before an election that might affect it.

In September of 2016, in this room, the former Director appeared before the Judiciary Committee, and I asked him I said based on various press reports that there might be an investigation of the Trump campaign and possible relations with Russian efforts to involve themselves in the campaign. Is there an investigation ongoing of the Trump campaign, and he said it would be inappropriate to comment one way or the other. He didn't answer the question, except by saying that. And I couldn't criticize that response.

Peter Strzok, a former FBI agent who has been criticized by some of the minority members--excuse me, majority members of this committee, for various actions thathe took, mainly emails to another FBI agent, people have said that he acted with bias in the investigation, both the Hillary investigation and the beginning of the Russia investigation, and he responded, among other things, by saying that if he had wantedto negatively affect the Trump campaign, he was one of the few people in the summer of 2016 who knew that there was an FBI investigation going on of the Trump campaign, and he could easily have leaked that information, and that would have had a deleterious effect on the Trump campaign, but it wouldn't enter his mind to do so, that it would have been wrong.

My question is, in light of all this, do you agree that, the FBI aside--did not show any bias against the Trump campaign and, in fact, was Mr.Strzok's comment that had information been leaked by him or anybody else about the ongoing FBI investigation, would that have negatively affected the campaign then going on?

Ms. Lynch. So with respect to that, I can tell you that I never saw any indicia of bias impacting the work of the FBI as it related to what has been called the Russia investigation, as it may have touched on people affiliated with the campaign. I also never saw any bias in their work as it touched on the email investigation either. As Isaid before, people come in to this world and to the Department with views and backgrounds and opinions. They check them at the door, and I think--

I think that would be Henry Waxman, but John Brennan is a close second.

https://www.theepochtimes.com/rosenstein-undercuts-dems-main-argument-for-obstruction_2928487.html

Rosenstein Undercuts Dems’ Main Argument for ‘Obstruction’
David Schoen

Rod Rosenstein just blew a huge hole in the Democrats’ “obstruction of justice” narrative, dismantling their foremost argument against President Trump.

It has been almost two months since Special Counsel Robert Mueller submitted his report to Attorney General Bill Barr. Mueller concluded—after almost two years of an investigation that cost taxpayers tens of millions of dollars—that there was no “collusion” between the Trump campaign and Russia, and declined to come to a conclusion about whether there was any obstruction of justice. A short time later, Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein announced their joint conclusion that there was not sufficient evidence to conclude that the President in any way obstructed justice as a matter of fact and law.

For many Democratic members of Congress, the report and the conclusions by Barr and Rosenstein were simply too much to bear. How could their White Knight, Mueller, and his team of Clinton supporters have failed to find the collusion and obstruction that was so clear to liberal partisans?

Rather than moving on and focusing on public policy initiatives, Democratic committee chairs in the House of Representatives have remained fixated on the Mueller Report, threatening to hold the Attorney General in contempt of Congress if he does not give them an unredacted version of the report—perhaps hoping to find in the redactions that it was all a misunderstanding and that Mueller really did find collusion and obstruction.

.... moar...

You say “saga” with a soft A?

Now that you mention it and I say it out loud, no I don't. I failed in my example. And now I can't even think of a word with the soft A sound like Trump Jr was saying MOGGA to use as an example.

I am vexed.

Another interesting Lynch tidbit where she claims the FISA process is "totally fact based":

Mr. Cummings. On May 22nd, 2018, Republican Members of Congress introduced the House Resolution 907, requesting that the Attorney General appoint a second special counsel to investigate misconduct at the DOJ and the FBI.

That resolution alleged, and I quote: "Whereas there isan urgent need for the appointment of a second special counsel in light of evidence that raises critical concerns about decisions, activities, and inherent bias displayed at the highest levels of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding FISA abuse, how and why the Hillary Clinton email probe ended, and how and why the Donald Trump-Russia probe began."

Do you think that there was inherent bias at the highest levels of DOJ and the FBI regarding FISA abuse?

Ms. Lynch. I have not seen bias at any level of the Department, including the FBI, involving FISA, the FISA process. It is actually a somewhat cumbersome process and many, many layers of review, and it is totally fact based.

I've only gotten about halfway through Lynch's testimony and seen tidbits of others. I've come to the conclusion these people are lying and misleading because, at that time, they went "all-in" on the Mueller Report, hoping it lead to President Trump's impeachment, thus saving them.

Impeachment didn't happen and now they are panicking because Declass will expose all their lies and more. The dud Mueller Report was the beginning of the end of these traitors.

Oooo, I forgot about Waxman. He sure would give Clint Howard a run for his money, wouldn't he?

Maybe we should have a playoff.
