“A bird that had previously gone extinct came back to life”
Zombie birds, that’s how it starts, the beginning of the end.

So sea levels were rising thousands of years ago.

The white-throated rail bird can presently be found on the island of Aldabra. Early fossils of the bird suggest it lived there thousands of years ago and died out because it could not fly to higher ground when rising sea levels threatened its safety. Amazing the sort of idiot sentences "reporters" will crank out without reflection. If they could not fly, presumably they could walk, else they're little more than an entree laying on the beach.

Zombie birds, thats how it starts, the beginning of the end. Yup. That's how it all began...

These people are gullible, stupid and without any intellectual curiosity.
Does anyone really, honestly believe that an extinct species can come back?
If they really believed in evolution, they would understand that the animal would need billions of years to evolve back into the final creature, but in this case, they seem to have just quirkily re-appeared. Un huh, sure.

It can’t possibly be that the creators blueprint is inherent, and only what is needed - as much as, as specifically as needed - is called upon, when needed. /sarc

Kind of like it never was extinct or evolved.

Or maybe evolution is a science, falsely so called, and it is God that is actually in control of life.
