What I don’t understand is this.....if Hillary and the DNC paid for this dossier, how is it possible that they are not the head of this whole hoax? The DNC, Hillary and Obama had to be the creators and overseers of this whole treasonous scheme. There’s no way that Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Strok, Page et al are acting on their own. No way.

Accordingly, actions taken under the Insurrection Act, as an “Act of Congress”, have always been exempt from the Posse Comitatus Act.[2][3]
