It's a common mistake many people make to get their understanding of the Q posts from "decoders" like the link you posted. Best to go to the source (Qanon).

It's best to collect information from multiple sources and, thinking for yourself, try to find the truth.

Was Hillary arrested? Not according to Q. Was she detained? Again, what does that look like? Was she stopped at an airport leaving the country, as Q suggests? Quite likely. Q goes on in post 1 to talk about arrangements with other countries for her extradition.

This is why I asked you what "detain" looks like. Expand your thinking.

But really, do I know? No. And neither do you.

Simple surface thinking will not win the day.
