If Republicans in congress or even conservatives in the media really cared about what has happened to Trump and all his associates in the witch hunt, they would have used the expression "two hop" surveillance every time that they mentioned the FISA warrants. Every American should know that expression and its meaning. Instead most people think that four Americans were surveilled. Even a low level volunteer helper in the Trump campaign probably talked to 20 to 50 other people who each talked to 20 to 50 people. This amounts to between 400 and 2500 people that the FBI was free to spy on "legally".
