Rasmussen has had the best ratings consistently since before Donald Trump was elected.
Regardless, PDJT ratings today are slightly better than nObama’s were at this time in 2010.
From Rasmussen in 2010:
***President Obama’s overall approval rating was 46% on Christmas Eve 2010, his second year in office. Disapproval stood at 53%. ***

I haven't seen this reported anywhere in the MSM.
Accordingly, I will assume it's 100% accurate.
