When I was a little kid, I got in trouble for eavesdropping on other people’s conversations, and my mom caught me calling the operator just to talk. I remember the operator telling me she needed to work and I needed to hang up and go play.
So they slipped out some truth?

For many years, Son #1 was a police dispatcher on the graveyard shift in a seaside resort town.
At 4 am every morning, a very old lady, a widow who lived alone, would call to talk to him.
The town was small enough that nothing was going on then.
But she and my son would talk and talk until a call came in, and my son would tell Mrs. X he had to go.
One night she did not call.
One son sent the police to her place, and she had passed.
I like looking at those sites that have stupid headlines.
Tillerson always seemed like an anchor around Trump’s neck.
He was not stupid as head of Exxon, and obviously, with ten billion bucks, Trump is not a “moron”.
But Tillerson struck me as one who was part of the elite, and whose job it was to ride herd on Trump, while the Elite made their deals.
Deals which Trump was determined to end.
The difference between them business-wise: Trump ran his corporations with his own money. Tillerson merely used other people’s money.
