Back in the day, a Rino could claim to be "conservative" and yet for "Free, aka SURRENDER, Trade." (They could argue, despite the history of WWI, WWII and countless other wars, that nations don't go to war against trading partners. WHAT CRAP!)
Back in the day, a conservative had to be obsessed about the "Russia" threat (like Linda, or Little Marco).
Back in the day, conservatives were supposed to avoid conflict with the media and academia.
Back in the day, conservatives could be for amnesty.
Back in the day, conservatives would say "Happy Holidays."

It's about as helpful as your quote box bitching posts that go on and on. But my posts make people smile (not all, theres grumpycats in every crowd) while yours make people frown.
Think of them as mood enhancers in the middle of a stressful situation. Or morbid humor, like cops, soldiers, and medical personnel use.

I once spent a few months trying to do just that. At least for an art book, I think I pretty much succeeded. Three different ways to read the same book.
