Can a convicted felon vote in Florida?
Posting blind, but was he CONVICTED of any felonies? I didn’t read his criminal history close enough. But if not convicted, being merely CHARGED with a felony wouldn’t take away your right to vote. Also, many times felonies are dropped to misdemeanors at sentencing and with plea deals.
