If house had funded the wall there would not have been an issue justifying the election of the red tsunami. Other things are needed also.
The e-verify should be mandatory, and stiff penalties for companies employing illegals. All these people on their way here say they want to work and escape poverty. No benefits and a work visa requirement! And strip the tax exempt organizations that help them of their status, and quit government funding of them.
