Title IX is where this rot began.

Under the Obama rules, man is always guilty and no proof required.
They want to use those same tactics in the civil and criminal arenas.

Jacqueline Kellogg has a strained relationship with due process. She should leave law school, go.home, and eat her corn flakes. She has no legitimate place in the legal profession with such attitudes.

What a wonderful world it will be when these punks get in charge 20 years from now.

I'm 61 now.. thank God I'll likely be gone from this world by then.

The moment I saw the name Kellogg as instigator I was put in mind of the following:

By Kirk MacDonald (Foundation Watch, May 2013) (PDF here)

Summary: Founded in 1930 by breakfast cereal tycoon W.K. Kellogg with the goal of improving the lives of impoverished children, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation today funds a great deal of left-wing activism, especially attacks on so-called “white privilege” and “structural racism.”

The libs destroyed Harvard a loonnnggggg time ago.
The school is basically useless in producing decent graduates and attorneys. A company is much better off looking elsewhere for potential candidates. The only thing coming out of Harvard is liberal feces.

May I suggest a new school slogan for Harvard?

Havard: The Evergreen State College of the east.”

Progressive control of the levers of power, along with what is called "education" in America has brought us to this day!

"Progressive" ideology sweeps aside centuries of progress among humankind and reduces those who have been seduced by its counterfeit ideas into becoming "mere automatons of misery," practicing their empty ideology in their cultish Progressive enclaves, as if their "Creator" and "Supreme judge" did not exist.

"I am not among those who fear the people. They...are our dependence for continued freedom. And to preserve their independence, we must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. We must make our election between economy and liberty, or profusion and servitude. If we run into such debts, as that we must be taxed in our meat and in our drink, in our necessaries and our comforts, in our labors and our amusements, for our callings and our creeds...our people...must come to labor sixteen hours in the twenty-four, give the earnings of fifteen of these to the government for their debts and daily expenses; and the sixteenth being insufficient to afford us bread, we must live, as they (the British) now do, on oatmeal and potatoes; have no time to think, no means of calling the mismanagers to account; but be glad to obtain subsistence by hiring ourselves to rivet their chains on the necks of our fellow-sufferers....This example reads to us the salutary lesson that private fortunes are destroyed by public, as well as by private extravagance. And this is the tendency of all human governments. A departure from the principle in one instance, becomes a precedent for a second; that second for a third; and so on, till the bulk of society is reduced to be mere automatons of misery, to have no sensibilities left but for sinning and suffering. Then begins, indeed, the 'bellum omnium in omnia,' which some philosophers...have mistaken for the natural, instead of the abusive, state of man. And the fore-horse of this frightful team is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in its train wretchedness and oppression." - Thomas Jefferson

Haven’t they destroyed him enough? Not only have they beaten him to a pulp, but they are kicking him in the head and pouring hot oil over him.

Jacqueline will likely be appearing on cnn, msnbc, ellen, the view, etc as an example of how the “courageous youth are our future”. The left love it when the youth are learning how to stifle conservative ideas.

Jeannie Suk Gersen, a professor at the Law School and a Title IX expert who has written extensively about Kavanaugh’s confirmation, said that — while she supports the students’ freedom to protest the nominee’s former teaching role at Harvard — the notion of filing Title IX complaints is “misplaced.” “Such an abuse of process would undermine the legitimacy and credibility of complaints that the Title IX process is intended to deal with, as well as of the Title IX office to focus on its duties,” Suk Gersen wrote in an email.

“It might be effective in drawing further attention to some students’ objection to Kavanaugh’s teaching appointment, but I don’t expect him to be found to have violated Harvard University’s Sexual & Gender-Based Harassment Policy based on the currently known public allegations against him.”

All of which will blow right over the little morons heads as it does not fit Jacqueline's "bright idea" that sparked at least 48 students to sign an online petition certifying they had filed a Title IX complaint.

That in itself is enought to prove they are all full of "it."

50 title IX issues in a couple of days?

.

I’m six years older than you. My sister and I lament constantly about the world our kids are inheriting. As you say, we won’t be here to see it.

We each have a wacko lib daughter and they are oblivious to the coming storm.

Harvard Law School should be closed. It is harmful to society.

Justice Scalise used to say of Harvard grads, "You can't make a sow's ear out of a silk purse." How wrong he was. And it shows that the best legal education can leave huge blind spots.

They are surely not limited to Harvard! The daughter of a person I work with has SEVERE TDS, and has been yo-yoing on the brink of mental breakdown for about 23 months now. She apparently had a BAD reaction to the Kavanaugh hearing last week, because I heard him on the phone with someone, trying to explain away her (apparently rude or inexcusable) behavior at an event, due to she was so upset about the hearing.

Another relative was very upset about a FB post that showed a small girl child “he just kissed me, and in about 40 years, I’ll tell someone...”. The person WENT OFF on the poster about how it wasn’t funny and how Kavanaugh did (not allegedly did) much worse to Dr. Ford.

When he gets confirmed, I am hoping all these nutcases are too upset to vote next month.
