They have to see the Q signs and allow them in.

At the end of the rally, as Trump was walking off the stage, a USSS came up with a photo it appeared and Trump autographed it; the agent then took it back. My guess it was either the VIP or a lady in the front row that had to leave in the middle of the rally and Trump told her to come back.
Everybody could flat rate USPS him a box of tampons. Be a pretty funny day at his office with a side benefit that they’d probably end up getting donated...
