Well, I thought this was interesting article on the same subject. The article I posted could be complete BS, but there might be some legs too.
Some funding for a Clinton campaign during the 1990s came from Chinese sources. It was all over the news back then.
You haven’t been following the story closely enough nor explored other story arcs springing from the main narrative.
Hillary owned the DNC. We’ve known that since the leaks gave major indicators and since confirmed by Donna Brazile. While its probably true that it was the Russians who broke in (if anybody broke in), but don’t think for a second the chinese missed cracking Podesta’s password which was of course ‘password’’.
So back to 1992-96 — I’m convinced that the Clintons relaxed some security measures to allow the Chinese in to steal American military secrets. So who knows what game was going on here.

There are allegations that the majority of FBI agents are honest, loyal and in corrupt.
What is the majority? 51%?
And probably the Russians. And the Brits. And the Norks. Albanians, Elbonians, and various teenage hackers with time on their hands.
I blame the hackers less than the fools who kept classified documents exposed to easy theft. And I blame those who didn't prosecute such malfeasance and incompetence in ignoring basic security measures.
Not surprised at all.

Ron Brown was the cut-out. As Secretary of Commerce , he approved the transfer of their missile guidance technology to the Chicoms. Clinton received campaign cash in return.
Ron Brown threatened to go public over an issue I can’t recall at the moment.
We know how that ended.
