I think it depends on the particular demographic in the voting area. Glibly saying they don’t have the votes MAY overly discount the power of the MSM propaganda to influence liberal idiots and some middle of the roaders.
As I read the description of the Alice in Wonderland technique it reminded me of basically being a form of gaslighting. Having been in a marriage with a spouse that was borderline I can attest to the effectiveness of this over a period of time.

I agree. I think most if not all of the screaming and outrage we hear is from foreigners. Whether legal, illegal, or seditious Americans-in-name-only, there are too many foreigners “meddling” with “our democracy”.

Just thinking, yesterday Nunes makes statement, allegedly, that FBI and DoJ are set up to help democrats in fall elections. Now the individuals in charge of protecting the elections are out. Makes me think they were the ones in charge of FIXING the elections. Midterms are safe.
HOWEVER! Something Buck Sexton was talking about got me thinking. When they lose the elections in the fall it’s over for them, politically. THAT’S when they’re going to rage like they’ve never raged before. And that’s why it’s a good thing we’re going to have several divisions of troops in the Capitol in case they’re needed to suppress insurrection.
They can subpoena a ham sandwich but they can’t change TOP SECRET, and that interpreter better NOT say what the President said or they will go to jail for a very long time. It’s a stupid demand. Childish.

I definitely agree - you should not use media as background noise, even Fox News. It programs you, it may be able to access your subconscious. I rejected it some time ago, and knowing what I know now, really glad I did. Nevertheless, I feel the tension, same tension I’ve been living under for the past 10 years or more, feeling persona non grata in my own country just because of my race, but also because I don’t believe in the onslaught of immorality that people embrace and champion due to this programming and mind control.
