I seem to recall the same wailings of despair when Justices Kennedy, Scalia, Alito, Thomas, Roberts and Gorsuch were all appointed to the Supreme Court by Republican presidents and that was going to be the end of R v. W.............
45 years later, R v. W is still the law of the land despite the most conservative SC since 1945........
Based on his decision on Obamacare, one could make the argument that John Roberts is already the swing voting successor to Justice Kennedy.
This is nothing more than the expected media driven drama in an attempt to sway public opinion against President Trump.....
