Flow of money: to Iran, to buy the U1 uranium from Russia and hide it in Syria. Also buying some degree of military cover from Russia at the same time (This “protection” included both saber-rattling and technology transfer on behalf of Iran, and actual protection of Iran’s puppet Assad in Syria against Isis/rebels; but not actually engaging the U.S.).
Other money goes to pay off the corrupt politicians in multiple countries that let the U1/Iran-Nuke deal happen. Including Hussein, HRC, Kerrey, Corker, no-name and others in the U.S.
In the book, I believe, part of the plan was to blame Russia (USSR); but, I cannot see Putin falling for this. I think someone else was meant to be the patsy if there were an actual EMP attack on the USA. Maybe NK. Maybe ISIS. Just not Russia or Iran. A cut-out.

I stand by what I wrote. There are globalists who want to reduce world population to 500 million, but they can’t attain it by blowing up the whole world with nukes. That reduces the planet to an unlivable state for generations, eons maybe.
