Really, when you have an ex-poshitus detail, you’re always under arrest. I wonder if his guys got ‘recalled’ and a very unsympathetic squad sent in for the zero fam. That would be supermax X 100.
It’s more than just them though... because once you get outside the US you have all the other intelligence services from so many other countries, and there are agreements, and operations, and coordination such that the deep state becomes an amalgamation of all of it.
My sense has been they haven’t felt the need to go there yet, but they certainly would.

I had heard that GITMO was going to be a holding facility, and that it would be tribunals, not trials.
I’m sure that will be explained to us.
It would NOT surprise me in the least to learn that Dershowitz was brought in to coordinate legal defense and ensure they get fair trials.
