The citizen did better than 95% of the cops out there - when adrenaline runs high in a fluid situation it's amazing he hit at all, much less multiple times on a moving target.

Actually the credit should go to these two bumbling stick-up men Rule number one— Don’t try to rob a gun store and a close second right behind that is — Don’t try to rob a Waffle House. Too many good ol boys eat there.
