I don't make the rules here, but for the most part, FR is family-friendly, albeit sometimes a bit rough and tumble. Seems to work. There is a place for middle of the road level coarsness.

I am pretty sure there are people who post both places, and obviously we are interested in and discuss the substance of what is posted there. I've seen FR referred to / cited, there - sadly, sometimes for junk propositions.
