Getting my house clean always makes me feel better.
Mostly because it is time well spent. A clean home is a happy home.

I do not enjoy cleaning house.
I prefer to keep it clean by wiping things down each day.
Saturday’s are for fun, not house cleaning...

I’m happier and more relaxed not cleaning the house. I have a bad back, and do what is necessary. My place is far from being a pigsty. There was a day when I washed my floors on my hands and knees like my mother did, but those days are long gone.

My place could use it.

People who enjoy what they're doing are happier than whose who hate it.
They needed a study for that?

I remember my Mother used to sing while doing her house work.
My wife had a beautiful voice but I don’t recall her ever singing except in the choir. I don’t think she minded house work tho.

If it wasn’t for the laundry pile in my bedroom in my 20s, no other living thing would have been there to listen to me write music for open mic night.
Sometimes the pile would shift a little and I would go back and work on that part.

Clorox, the household name in the cleaning industry, recently released findings...
Why am I not surprised?

Good.
Send one of them to clean my house out of sheer joy.
This is total nonsense.
People may enjoy and want to have a perfectly clean house, but nobody enjoys actually cleaning it.

My hubby got me a Shark Duo cordless vacuum for Christmas. I love it!
For the first time in my life I am proud to vacuum my house!

Having a very clean house makes me happy. I spend at least 20 minutes a day doing some kind of cleaning, so does Mr RooRoo. But we also have a housecleaning service come every other week to do the heavy cleaning. We also have a landscaping service come weekly. I like having a nice neat yard, but I can’t stand doing yard work.

If you enjoy cleaning your house you obviously have an appreciation for the little things in life like hot water, indoor plumbing, they finally got your order right at the drive through....
IMO, the key to happiness is being able to be thankful for what you have.
So many people are not.
