In an effort to fight Racism and Sexism in Hollywood we will have to wholeheartedly engage in said practice.
So discriminatory hiring is okay if it is to push a quota agenda?

I guess the heyday of cinema has come to an end. I’ve seen some pretty cool indie films lately, though. Ink is a great one, and Frame, from the same film maker is also pretty cool.
We’ll see how this works out for them. I believe they are sincere, but reality will hit them square in the nose.
Normally a person gets past such juvenile viewpoints by the time they are 30, but it requires living in the real world, which a fair portion of Hollywood doesn’t do.
Next we’ll see a WWII movie with Sam Jackson as Patton and Jackie Chan as Ike.
WOW, I’m impressed. This will get them moved up front and center at the awards show and probably a few slaps on the back, maybe a trophy.
Perhaps a “Talent Rider” would be more effective.
I’m growing more and more amused as the Left draws attention to this “diversity” stuff, because I believe it’s hurting the cause more than helping.
By drawing attention to “diversity,” they’re admitting that they don’t pay attention to it. Most Americans are colorblind and base decisions such as hiring/firing on merit and acumen. By saying we need to be more “diverse” and “inclusive,” aren’t we advancing the idea that the status quo is tribal and exclusive?
So discrimination is ok except as to them?
How will women be treated under this “inclusion”? Abused? Harassed? Raped?
Throw a “diverse” bunch of liberals into a Hollyweird mix and there’s BOUND to be trouble
These two should have retired from the business after “Good Will Hunting”. And that movie was only tolerable thanks to Robin Williams.
I’ll bet Clint Eastwood won’t play this game. And that’s all it is, a game.
