By the way I love *fresh* shishimi. Eating it on the deck of an underway Coast Guard Cutter didnt qualify.
A couple of local guys on the ship in Guam were very handy and knowledgeable when it came to Fish Call off the fantail.
BlueFins and dog tooth tuna would barely be on deck, bled out, chopped and filleted in minutes of the catch. Didnt think I would like it as much as I did. but it really ruint me for seafood. If its frozen, its crap. If you live more than 50 miles from the ocean and got fresh fish for what you think was a reasonable price, its crap.
