We watched the game.Eagles won our home team. Many friends and co-workers boycotted the games as well as my children. The Eagles never took a knee so we watched the Super Bowl. Most fun and loved it all with our Grandkids. Living in the moment of the win.
No I respected the first amendment and while I disagreed with what they said I would fight to the death for their right to say it. And then I felt really patriotic I mean how great it is that I lived in a country where they could protest. Then I got sad for the dolts that thought that the issue was all about them and somehow thier viewing habits or opinion was more valid and virtuous than everybody else’s.
Lifelong, fan, stopped watching after game 3 when idiot defensive back from my former team, Redskins, spouted off about Trump in post-game interview.
So done with it.
To celebrate my non-NFL Sunday, I spent a wonderful evening by the fire with my friend Jack Daniels re-reading Plutarch’s lives on my favorites, Alexander the Great and Cicero.
Philly fans are the worst

After all the crap, the kneeling, the disrespect to the anthem and the troops, the “social justice” declaration, the insistence on doubling down on it, the pure belligerence of it, I couldn’t be bothered to care anymore.
For the amount of people there, they were mostly just having fun as the Police Chief said.
So you supported the kneeling during the anthem, supported BLM.
Nice to know in light of your post 34.
There’s a time and place to protest, and during work hours that isn’t the time.
NFL has rules barring that like any other employer.
You can protest all you want in your off hours.
But... Goodell needs his social justice.
“Then I got sad for the dolts that thought that the issue was all about them and somehow thier viewing habits or opinion was more valid and virtuous than everybody elses.”
Hilarious, considering you supported the kneeling and disrespect towards the anthem and the troops, again in light of your post 34.
How patriotic.
The Eagles never kneeled no one.None of us watched the other games. We boycotted. The Eagles set the standard ,do something positive.
Oh no wait a minute you just swerved into the Truth how can it be? You claim the NFL is unpatriotic and yet your proof is a liberal protesting all then patriotism at the game like the flag and the anthem Burn.... Hosted by your own petard, retard...
By that point, I couldn’t care about the NFL anymore.
You’re done you just proved the NFL is patriotic by pointing out that the protesters are protesting the Patriotism. Hahahahaha
Still trying?
Your post 34 was a nonsequiter.
Then stop screaming at me.I watched the Superbowl and I am looking forward to the Parade. We are enjoying the moment.
Endzone prayer by Tebow?
That wasn’t during the anthem.
Read post 34.
Try again can’t have it both ways the NFL is patriotic or there would be no anti patriotic protest by default thanks for proving my point, good night. You’re done
No.
Their protest during the anthem is anything but.
Especially in support of BLM.
Jes being a wise@ss *’sheare*...I’m under heavy medication. :D
Doctor’s orders.
They aren’t patriotic, they do not support veterans, soldiers, or former soldiers like myself.
If they did, they’d have told the kbeeling bums to quit whining and protest on their own time, not during the anthem.
They’d have run the ad by the veterans group as is.
And they’d have listened to our concerns.
Instead, their profits are down, and quite a large chunk of fans just don’t care.
