Reasonable people could assume they were fleeing to come back again. These are people that were dangerous enough to open up on you and your house. Fleeing is not fleeing if they are still firing. Also that is a huge assumption. I would assume retreaing to regroup. Further he didn’t chase after them. So he was not actively pursuing.
This can’t be right.
Everyone knows that you can’t kill a person with a .223
I might share your opinion but our opinion is worthless in court.
I assume that you have heard of Nyfong. He was/is not the only DA who puts his conviction record above justice for all.
And that's why we need range time, even if we're great shots. I'll bet he hasn't missed a much smaller than man-sized target in years, but stuff happens when people are shooting back, even if they are lousy shots. [Note: I am not in any way criticizing him.] He did great with two immediate wins and a TKO, and that is why I shoot daily too. I've cut down to 150-200 rounds a day, mostly .22LR, but I still shoot a lot because I want even my shooting under stress to be as good as his.
Also, I love the fact that he was sitting on his porch with his AR. In the People's Republic of Maryland, I would not have mine available from the porch in any reasonable amount of time.
Another Nuffins tribe fail.
Dindu, Dunno and DonGot had a bad day.
