You can freeze scrambled eggs and use them in cooking—around 1/4 cup equals an egg. You can also pickle them. I’m convinced fully half of French cooking came from trying to use up eggs. Fresh eggs and raw milk are the stuff of miracles.
Or as above stated, with eggs instead of bacon(or both!)
Yum indeed...the extra lemon, pepper, and dash of tabasco really give it a zing!
