Free speech will get her off on appeal.
No one prevented her from exercising her right to free speech, but free speech has always had potential consequences.
The Supreme Court has already ruled on “shouting fire in a crowded theater,” cases. Plus, you can’t get out of a conspiracy to commit murder charge on free speech grounds.
She didn’t kill anyone.
65 posts with zero pics. Is she guilty or not?
“She didnt kill anyone.”
If you plan a murder but don’t do it before they catch you... a crime has still been committed and you can go to prison. Which is his point in post 63.
There are morons who won't give you the time of day. But there are also mentally ill teenagers......
So if you tell a troubled mentally ill teenager to kill himself and he does it...........
This thread and it's so call Compassionate Christian conservatives will disolve faster than a dead roadside possum infested with maggots..........
Manson went to the LaBianca house yes, but he left after the ‘robbery’ of the house and then his mindless robots stayed and did the killing.
The question of what you should do and what the law should punish are two different things. I would never advise anyone to commit suicide (except environazis saying there are too many people, and even that would be an obvious jest to make a political point), but to punish such an act of making that suggestion, especially from a distance, not at gunpoint, is to me highly questionable.
