I’m going to be classifying this study as fake news.
Unfortunately, the stats are about the same. Marriage is under a supernatural attack as well as a societal attack. I believe it'll just get worse as we draw nearer to the return of Christ.
As for me, Mrs. Smittie and I are about to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and courted for 12 years before that. God blessed me with her and she says that she's been blessed, though I don't think I'd be much of a blessing for anyone to live with...

Men aren’t put off on marriage qua marriage; it’s divorce and its subsequent horrors that has convinced men it’s not worth it.
I got lucky and wound up with a wonderful wife. I never thought that would happen to me. I was 33 when I met her and we’ll on my way to being a bachelor for life. I like me and really enjoyed autonomy and freedom. Took a special woman to end that

My first wife was a keeper. She kept the house, bank accounts and everything that wasn’t nailed down.
Never been married and don’t regret a second of it. The large manority of all men I work with, I know, and in my family have all been divorced. I avoided that whole mess.

I am at the stage where after two marriages where I think I was a damn good partner, I don’t want to do it again. Nice to hear that your feelings changed. I love the idea of marriage.
It is kind of sad. I wonder for how long men would prefer VR / vibrator machines to women. Will it be a generation of guys? Will it be forever? I think there must be something to pheromones and people actually getting together. I would like to think that while lonely men will have the new VR bots, that they will also desire actual women still.
That is very sad. The divorce cottage industry. I divorced at the same time as a friend. My ex and I sat at a coffee shop and went over the documents together that we printed from online. We came to agreements on everything. We filed ourselves, and paid about $200.
My friend and her ex only spoke through lawyers, and each attorney said to his client, “Now we are going to have to attack them on THIS really hard, in case they do it first...” it was really just a looong fit between two attorneys. The arguments went on for a couple of years and cost each party tens of thousands of dollars.
Anyone divorcing should cheat the LAWYERS out of this scam and just agree to everything on your own.
You shoulda married me. I never asked for one cent from my spouses. The only thing I told them re child support was, it’s between you and the child forever, because I will not lie for you. If he grows up and wants to know if you paid support, I will let him know whether you did or not. I asked for nothing and my first ex paid (a small amount of his choosing, he had no custody and lived 10,000 miles away so I thought it was fair) until he was 21.
But I disagree that men don’t receive love except for from their parents. I don’t understand that feeling you have at all.
The way scientists prove causation is by increasing the number of wives and seeing if happiness increases. Good luck with that.
Sorry, I didn’t myself clear. I meant it’s too late to start in my forties to get scanned for anything. I’m reasonably healthy otherwise.
It’s important that the guys are chaste as well.
