A few years back, this former Marxist turned Islamist “called on ‘all revolutionaries, including those of the left, even atheists,’ to accept the leadership of Islamists such as Osama bin Laden in order to turn Iraq and Afghanistan into ‘graveyards of American imperialism.’” Yet here he is attempting to pull on Obama’s heartstrings by evoking a little bit of leftist rhetoric along with a little bit of Obama’s Islamic heritage.

Emboldened by President Barack Obama’s announcement he will close the Guantanamo facility housing suspected terrorists, one of the most notorious leftist terrorists of the 1970s and 1980s has written the president, asking him for help in finding a “former comrade-in-arms” missing for 14 years, and closing his letter with “Allahu akbar! … yours in revolution.”
Ilich Ramirez Sanchez — aka Carlos the Jackal — penned his letter to Obama from the Paris prison where he is serving a life sentence for the murder of two French agents and an informer, and for a series of deadly bomb attacks in Paris and on French trains, the Glasgow Sunday Herald reported today.
“Mister President, Your decision to close secret CIA jails, honors you,” Carlos began before raising the issue of Bruno Breguet, a Swiss national who served as his right-hand man.[…]
Carlos’ 2003 book, “Revolutionary Islam” called on “all revolutionaries, including those of the left, even atheists,” to accept the leadership of Islamists such as Osama bin Laden in order to turn Iraq and Afghanistan into “graveyards of American imperialism.”

His Islamic worldview was reflected in the letter to Obama, where he referred to Breguet as a “martyr”:

Carlos concluded by reminding the president of his own Muslim grandfather, Hussein Onyango Obama, who converted to Islam in the 1950s after having been imprisoned and tortured in Kenya by the British during the Mau Mau rebellion.

I suspect you're right about the commie/Islamo outcome. The lefty males will fold without a fight. The women - I don't think they're going to be too happy to put on burkas, forced marriages, stay at home, no jobs, no schooling, basically prisoners plus all the rules, mutilation and abuse. But hey, they're at the rallies cheering them on. Talk about low information voters.
Somehow, I keep hoping we can stem the communist/muslim buildup. Trump is the tip of the spear walking point. He needs our support in any way we can.

Almost certainly. This is how the liberals fight, and they are well entrenched.
I just feel this itch that we have to do something to stem the tide of Islam and communism that's infected our country.
We can stop importing it for sure, but there's plenty already on the ground to make some homegrown problems. We already have it with communists on our college campuses, and we have Islam in our prisons and our media.
We're in the midst of a second revolution. What next? Any peaceful ideas?
Culture change. It's slow, it's difficult--especially with pop culture nonsense--but its influence is slowly dying.
