Chilean navy admits it can’t explain ‘UFO’

If a navy as cutting edge as Chile’s can’t explain it, nobody can. Did they at least get a Polaroid of it?

The “UFO” can be seen hovering in the clouds before appearing to give off some sort of gas as it moves along.

You can see in the video they are switching back and forth from infrared to regular visible light camera and not getting a visual image.
This thing was only “visible” in IR.
My first thought is an IR camera problem.

At 1:22 on the long youtube video it shows up as a tiny white spec on what I think is the visible range camera. And after it leaves the “cloud” that is obvious on the IR, there seems to be a similar narrow bright cloud in the visible spectrum - although hard to tell for sure with all of the other natural clouds.

My wife got me that poster “I Want to Believe” as a joke for Christmas. Yeah - I’m not a believer in alien ufo’s..... yet! (Top secret military, etc. - well sure!)

Little to no track crossing rate, visible in IR only. My guess from looking at the video is a twin engine jet heading away at a distance. The streak could be a number of things including a shot of afterburner.
