That’s an excellent question. Why use Webb’s sperm and guarantee delivering a butt-ugly child? In spite of Chelsea’s obvious meaningful relationship with plastic surgery, the cause, sadly, is hopeless.

I heard a very similar version of this story from a family member that is career State employee, involved in security; shortly after it happened. Thought it was just gossip at the time and lost it from the memory stream until now.
