Moose weigh can weigh over 1500 lbs. But the weight of a moose is distributed over his hooves. One hoof might have all 1500 lbs coming down on a truck - or a person. Very dangerous.
Think of a moose in spiked heels. Actually, I cannot vouch for the veracity of the story, or the reliability of the teller, but it’s a fun story.
That is an ‘85 you are speaking of. Not the newest ones coming off the assembly lines.
