Obama gave the communist leader of Brazil, Lulu (Not the British singer), a $2 Billion loan for oil development. Couldn’t Lulu or present Brazilian Marxist terrorist leader Rousseff have bought a couple trash skimmers to clean up the bay before the Olympics?
Perfect example of how three Marxist leaders are complete failures when it comes to helping the “people”.
