Comey’s name will be right up there with Benedict Arnold and John Roberts.

Sorry, I can’t agree. I remember when people were twisting and scrambling to make sense of Justice Roberts ruling on Obamacare....that it would somehow turn into something that would backfire on Obama. Occam’s razor applies to Comey as it did to Roberts....the evidence is right in front of us. Bubba’s “impromptu” meeting with Lynch on the Tarmac is exactly what it looked like. Killary’s passing statement about keeping Lynch on as DOJ is exactly what it looks like. We have to stop putting our faith in people.

I believe Laura Ingraham was referring to this post.

The fact of the matter is that Comey’s actions are no better than when Benedict Arnold sold out to the British and decided to turn over West Point to the enemy. This is the functional equivalent of turning West Point over to the enemy. The Clinton Criminal Enterprise is more of an enemy to the cause of Liberty than the British ever dreamed of being.

This was despicable beyond words. It literally sickens me to see how this country has been sold out by those who are supposed to be entrusted in preserving it.

I’m not sure about Comey but I have heard Trump say he has looked into the statute of limitations and “It’s doable”.

I am listening to Laura Ingraham. She mentioned this thread a few minutes ago, citing “the folks at Free Republic...”

That’s pretty cool.

This place is getting embarrassing when people don’t know that Richard Milhouse Nixon was pardoned without being charged for anything

Obama issues her a blanket presidential pardon for anything she has done. Perfectly legal, it's one of the things departing presidents routinely do on their way out the door, as a final way to pay back favors. Jerry Ford did that for Nixon. Bill Clinton pardoned Marc Rich.

That is kind of like check mate.

The FBI reputation was destroyed for me when they killed LaVoy Finicum out here in Oregon.

Winter is coming.

Is it possible that Comey knew that Lynch would not prosecute so he got up and provided details to show she is guilty as hell, then abruptly switched to “will not prosecute” to show that the fix was in?

Ford issued a blanket pardon for Nixon’s entire term of office, despite the fact that Nixon had not been charged or convicted of anything.

Besides Lon there was another sniping killer at Ruby, whose name I forget, but he worked for a gun parts manufacturer, I think Apex (but I could be wrong), and was actually listed on their website.

I think he is the one who killed Randy and the dog.

Anyway, Someday a patriot will come in contact with them, and get their license plate number, and thus their home address, and all that’s left is to advertise it.

Hillary’s e-mails are an election issue. If Trump wins, he would (rightly) not pursue the issue further. Sure, Hillary is corrupt as hell, but Presidents have 4 years to get an agenda through, they don’t fight old battles nor do they want to muddy the PR waters with issues outside of that agenda.

Here are the holes:

1) no matter what the present admin may have let her get away with, there are hundreds if not thousands more legitimate charges that could be brought against her at any time

2) by recommending indictment it would all but eliminate the scenario where she becomes President and pardons herself

“One of those pardons will be for her thighness Hitlery Rotten Criminal”

I’m not a lawyer, but I wouldn’t think she could be pardoned for something she hasn’t been convicted of. Also, imagine he knew there would be no indictment, so he laid out all the potential charges before the court of public opinion. Had the files been turned over to the AG we would have heard none of it. Of course, all the left heard was that Hillary is innocent and white Republicans are mean haters.

Clinton is stuck at about 46%. I think going forward as we have already seen to some extent Trump is rising and Hillary is staying about the same. Look for her to get stuck at 46=47% while Trump rises past her.

We need to dispense with the nonsense that the United States is a “nation of laws and not men” and recognize that the United States Government is a criminal enterprise run by elitists whose sole purpose in life is to enrich themselves and suck the treasury dry.

The only law that the US Government is dedicated to enforcing across the board is the Tax Code. Without it, these elitists would have no power at all.
