There’s never been a ‘president’ like obama.
Whatever issues Trump has raised, they’re long overdue; he’s the one and only figure in public life who isn’t afraid to call out, “The emperor has no clothes!”

First of all, Trump didn't accuse Obama of anything. He implied that "something else" might be going on (i.e. that Obama might have a soft spot for or be blind to islam...or might even be a devout muslim).
But what Panetta is really upset about is the realization that he was so tightly bound inside the loop that he didn't see that he was being played by Obama.
He is in that stage of confronting a shocking new truth which is somewhere between denial and anger.
I would call it "shock."
We have all been there at one time or another.

He knew that if the crime was so huge, so unbelievable...no one would see it or believe it until it was too late.
The problem for Obama is that many Americans see it only too clearly...and so does Trump.
