Anyone who becomes this reckless and stupid when they drink should be forced to wear one of the alcohol detecting ankle devices and be under probation until they can prove they are no longer a danger to the public!

I disagree...she lacks the sores and bumps around the face and neck that tweakers...especially female ones...sport.
Given her home state..dead eyes and placcid skin tone..id lay my wager on her being an opoid pain med addict...prolly one whom was swilling vodka because she had run out of roxys to snort, did not know where to get any away from her home...and was in a foul mood due to Mr Jones and his monkey riding her ass.
Ive seen it..in color in spades.

Yeah, I remember all of those times when I was at a hotel, and there was a woman drinking straight Vodka out of the bottle. But I have to say from looking at her photo, she probably was.

Her right eye is rolling up, while her left eye is more or less normal. There ia a problem with the muscles or nerves controlling her right eyelid. The condition is called ptosis.
