There seem to be a lot of delusional Trump voters on this forum. To me Rush is just about straight down the middle, like Switzerland.
Totally.
He keeps describing how the party bosses pack the convention with Cruz delegates in spots won by Trump.
Then says it was a “vote”, perfectly normal, nothing to see here, Trump didn’t understand the rules.
Totally despicable.
Talk radio personalities have by an large been capture by the Republican leadership and or very wealthy donors.
.. his latest commentary, for starters:

GOP-E Wants to Lose with Cruz
RUSH: George Will actually said that the job of the Republican Party, if Trump is the nominee, will be to lose the presidential election by 50 states. If Trump is the nominee, the GOP must work hard to lose all 50 states.

But don't worry about reality. You goosesteppers keep monitoring the parade for anyone not in perfect step:
Rush has lost his way.
don’t hardly listen to him any more....
My comment is no more important than all the others, but I quit listening to Rush after once tuning him in from Sacramento, many years ago. Blowhard then and now.
Nah! I quit listening to Rush about seven years ago. I still don’t miss him. Similarly, I quit listening to Bortz.
At this point, no matter who Rush prefers, he should get behind the inevitable nominee, and not keep cheering on a guy who is toast. He’s always done that in the past, but he seems unable to do so now. He just can’t betray his GOPe masters. It’s sad to hear. None of these people will ever have credibility again after this election.
I think that Rush is being eminently fair to both Cruz and Trump. As one who could vote either way, I think he does a very good job of backing both of them against unfair criticism. He also is an equal opportunity criticizer of both.
Anyone who says that he is overtly for one or the other just sees what they want to see (as Rush himself has mentioned many times).
Rush has made clear that he supports Cruz. If you don’t like it, turn off the program until after the nomination process is over. If Rush still is anti-Trump after Trump wins, turn off his program for good.
