Not exactly. What the 12th Amendment says is, "The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves..." Under the situation of a Trump/Giuliani ticket then the only electors that would apply to would be New York.
Thats why I knew that Cheney was going to be Bushs Veep when he hopped on a plane to Wyoming a few days before the convention in 2000 - he had been a Texas resident while working for Halliburton, and needed to re-establish his Wyoming residency.
Because there was no way that Bush was going to win without the 32 electoral votes from Texas. And they were right, too.

Rubio’s going to be his VP - should give him Florida and help some in places with heavy Hispanic populations like NJ and NM....
I about fell out of my chair when they painted Indiana blue.
About the craziest thing I've ever seen in politics.
I lived in Indiana for 11 years.
Mostly in a medium sized town. Even their DEMOCRATS are more "conservative" than the average republican.
I lived in Mike Pence's district.
Believe me, there was no way in hell that gay marriage would pass there.
Check my previous posts. I’ve got bookmarks for everything if you find something not sourced. You can also track it all back to sources independently.
VA will go blue.
Okie dokie.......
New York has closed primaries, and there are three million more registered Democrats than there are registered Republicans.
Marking this thread for reference November 9.
Cool. I’d like to re-visit it as well.
