Sounds like a business opportunity. Some women could provide these goods and services and just charge a lot less. Easy!
I find it hilarious that women are okay with paying upwards of $70 for a haircut/salon visit when smart men (not homos) pay on average $15. Same thing with jeans, I buy Wranglers all day for $22 and they pay $100 for jeans with rips and bling on them. The disturbing trend I see now is men buying these faggy jeans as well.
Let’s get government involved, shall we? Fairness, you know. Who in blazes has this power over women that they pay so much more for razors which are EXACTLY the same as mens razors? Really, this whole transgender thing is in the name of economy. Yeah, that’s it.
It all comes out in the wash, no pun intended. Women always marry up, instantly boosting their power to purchase all these fru-fru overpriced items. This also compensates for the so-called gender income inequality (which in reality is a myth, since adjusted for education and experience, women make the same as men).
How they draw this correlation and deny common sense is beyond me. Does everybody have to be a friggin victim to the leftists (dont answer that; we already know). My wife’s shampoo and conditioner costs 3 - 4 times than mine. It’s because they’re BETTER products with perfumes, special ingredients and vitamins. Heck I can use Suave while she’s using Infusium or Paul Mitchell. Of course her products are going to cost more because she chose them over the cheaper products.
I will be so glad when the “all spark” in the WH leaves so this crap will dissipate.
In other news, the BMW 528i prices around $55,000, while the “similar” BMW 550i comes in at more than $66,000. How is that fair?
Touche!
I really have to admit, even most women are beginning to realize how insane this attack on cultures is getting. When this story was first floated, I immediately offered my wife my shaving cream, and she balked, saying she’ll keep hers, thanks.
Considering how much thicker it is than mine, I don’t blame her in the slightest.
It is, long and short, comparing bananas and oranges - the ingredients and extras are considerably different between the products. But of course, such details aren’t included as they don’t support the desired conclusion - women are being charged more for the same products.
Of course, if you were to actually compare products which are nearly the same, both with the extras, you’d see that men’s salon formula is exactly the same as the women’s much cheaper shelf brand (by more than half.) Call it a blue tax...

Well there valid reasons for it. Their hair is longer and requires more care and cutting than men’s plus they are a helluva lot fussier than men. And those jeans. They are all dolled up and are a whole lot “prettier” than men’s wranglers. There’s a reason they cost more and have to pay for it.
Products that otherwise similar, but merchandised differently to the two genders, have one thing that distinguishes them from the “male” version - the “female” version is more hygienic.
Guy stuff is so “dirty”, no conscientious and typically fastidious female would THINK of using one.
I wish I could say I was being sarcastic, but many women really THINK that way.
If Target and Springsteen get their way, there toilets are about to become more crowded too.
Supply and demand. The women are willing to pay more for this stuff, so merchants are more than happy to charge them more.
I was around for the 70s. Ain't nothin' new.
All these whiny women have to do is refuse to buy the overpriced product, but that requires smarts.
Toiletries produce a disproportionate amount of global warming? Or maybe, raising taxes on these items is intended to reduce their popularity and make women go around looking like lumberjacks?
It is not fair and I strongly suspect that both racism and homophobia are the culprits here. Oh, and a desire by BMW executives to starve children in Guatemala.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with that! I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK.
Majority of the cost is related to “keep up with the Jones” demand and having some hoity toity designers name on them. I have found the quality of those garments is crap and not worth the money.
I miss Rocky Jeans on women. Nothing was better than a well shaped gal wearing some Rockies. Most gals that even tried to take care of themselves could look good in them. These low-waisted hip-huggers are just gross.
