Must be a really bad shot if he had to use his “high powered rifle” from withing 45’ to be able to hit a lawnmower...proof positive that some folks are too stupid to handle guns/explosives/lawnmowers

Ditto.
And same with folks not wearing hearing protection. I figure it they don’t have enough sense to wear hearing protection, they don’t have enough sense to be wielding a firearm.
