Yes. Supposedly engaged. Had heard news today including Sanford going on the trip to Cuba, that in the past, he had pushed for reconciliation in relations with Cuba. Not sure about that but it did surprise me to hear he was to be on this trip. Now with the Argentina component, it may have something to do with him going along, (ha) if only for the ride.
