I’m in the burbs of #5 and here business is booming but unfortunately home prices are too!
Hartford proper hardly has any White residents left, probably below 15% now, maybe closer to 10%. It was over 82% Black and Hispanic as of 2010. The only two parties that exist there are the Communist Democrats and Communist Working Families. The former Mayor went to prison and the current Mayor is a poof.
