Sometimes it’s the most unusual stuff that makes a lasting impression upon the electorate.
We could debate issues back and forth, but in the end, sometimes the average voter bases their vote on this kind of thing. They just don’t care enough to delve into politics all that much, so superficial things do end up making a difference.
That said, it is really nauseating to watch that clip. What is seen can not be unseen, unfortunately. It’s just a major gross out.

Not pushing it. Just that the last few days have been painfully intense, so something silly to let off some steam.
I doubt it’ll shift votes one way or the other. At least not in amounts large enough to matter.
